What is Beechtree?

Beechtree is a fully serviced Retirement Village located in Fingal County between the local villages of Ballyboughal and Oldtown, where great pride is taken in setting new standards of excellence for the comfort and convenience of our residents.

With 6 units comprising 12 spacious semi-detached homes, our emphasis is on the dual needs for privacy and for participation in a community. As a result, the very design of the development provides space and privacy for every resident, while fostering sociability and new friendships between neighbours.

Each house features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a generously-proportioned open plan living and dining area. They come fully furnished, but if the resident wishes to bring their own furniture, we'll be happy to help. Our main aim is for our residents to feel completely at home.

The local church, shop and post office are in Ballyboughal - about 1 mile away. There is a local bus service (the 'Nifti') that travels between Oldtown and Swords three times daily, and drops passengers at the door of Beechtree. It accepts bus passes and is wheelchair-accessible.

Peace of Mind

Our emphasis is on ensuring our residents can enjoy a stimulating and fulfilling retirement, but in addition we provide fully for their health and wellbeing, with on-site state of the art healthcare facilities and services.

Our highly qualified staff have many years experience, and are fully equipped to deal with the specific needs of our residents. So peace of mind is guaranteed, knowing that, should it be needed nursing care is on hand.

Innovative payment scheme

Beechtree is also the first retirement Village that offers a whole new way to pay - one that doesn't cost the earth. Under this scheme, residents can use the rental income from their existing homes to go directly to pay off the rental cost of their new Beechtree home. This way they get all the benefits and comforts of the Beechtree lifestyle and also get to retain ownership of their former home.
